This website is operated by Martello & Pieto Consulting LLC (“COHORT”, “we”, “us”). By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. The site is informational
Everything on this site is provided for general information about a product under development. It is not an offer, a contract, a warranty, or professional advice of any kind. Product descriptions and interface examples are illustrative; the names and details shown in them are fictional.
3. Early-access interest does not guarantee admission
This site has no forms. Writing to us to express interest in early access does not create an account, entitle you to use COHORT, or guarantee that you will receive an invitation, and we do not undertake to reply to every message. Invitations to Open Gamma are released in waves at our discretion, and we may limit, delay, or decline participation for any reason.
4. Features and timing may change
COHORT is in Alpha development. Capabilities and interface examples described on this site are illustrative product concepts; they may change materially or be removed before public launch, and the sequence and timing of Private Beta, Open Gamma, and public launch may change. We do not commit to any date.
5. Intellectual property
The COHORT name, the C–O mark, the site design, text, and code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and share links to the site. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from its content or branding without our written permission, except as permitted by law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- send us false, misleading, or someone else's personal information;
- send us unlawful, abusive, or harmful content;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure;
- interfere with the site's operation, or send bulk or automated mail to the published address;
- scrape or harvest content or data from the site by automated means; or
- use the site to violate any applicable law.

The site may link to services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability, and a link is not an endorsement.
8. Availability and disclaimer
